Users gain total insight into each Chapter, including leadership dynamics, alumni population insights, event trend history, as well as DCA point standing. Ground Truth utilizes the available information to generate custom coaching and mentoring advice for each Chapter Leader, providing insights into where the chapter stands among its peers and recommending strategies to improve chapter standing in DCA points, all supported by event creation software.

Alumni Association staff can quickly scan all recently posted events in chronological order, providing valuable alumni population insights into where events and alumni activity are taking place or are planned for the near future. Completed events with photos posted are also visible for review, making them ideal for use in Alumni Association marketing, newsletters, or social media, particularly when utilizing event creation software to engage the community and track DCA point standings.

The Alumni Association staff updates the alumni population insights for each chapter, providing valuable information to Chapter Leaders for planning events that effectively resonate with their alumni demographics. Additionally, they utilize event creation software to enhance their planning efforts and track DCA point standing.

Alumni Association staff have access to the Photo feed, which not only provides a summary of all events with photos attached but also serves as a valuable resource for alumni population insights. Additionally, they can utilize event creation software to easily download high-resolution images for their marketing efforts within the Association.

Alumni Association staff and Chapter Leaders can easily access alumni population insights at a glance using the Chapter Management Summary window. This tool displays chapter names, trend lines for scoring, current chapter DCA point standings, and a directional arrow, providing all the insights needed to identify which chapters are thriving, which are flat, and which require support. Additionally, the event creation software can help enhance chapter activities, further boosting engagement across the board.

Chapters earn points using our unique Distinguished Chapter Award (DCA) point methodology, designed to provide valuable alumni population insights. DCA points are accumulated through various methods, each aimed at motivating the Chapter Leader to foster and sustain a robust chapter for the Alumni community they serve. Additionally, event creation software plays a crucial role in helping chapters organize activities that boost engagement. Chapters are then ranked and displayed on the DCA page, categorized by chapter size, which can be adjusted by the staff.

The Global page provides the Alumni Association staff with a comprehensive view into the current health and vibrance of your entire chapter network globally. Here, you can explore alumni population insights, average events per quarter, and DCA point standing. Additionally, you’ll find chapter event details categorized by type and quarter, as well as information about active and dormant chapters, all supported by our event creation software.

The ADMIN has permissions to customize the application name, colors, logo, Chapter DCA sizes, and Event Types, which enhances the overall experience for the alumni population insights. 

Additionally, the ADMIN manages all users and their assigned roles or visibility, ensuring effective oversight with access to detailed logging across the platform. Periodic data backups are also available for manual download when desired, supporting the use of event creation software alongside maintaining DCA point standing.
